Laws § 211.206","heading":"County tax allocation board; term; officers; assistance.","body":"Sec. 6.\n\nThe members of the board selected by the judge or judges of probate shall be selected on or before the second Monday of April in each year, and shall hold office for a term of 1 year. The board shall select 1 of its members as chairperson. The county clerks shall act as clerk of the board, and shall keep a full and accurate record of all its proceedings.
