Laws § 213.185","heading":"Commissioners; view of premises; hearing; evidence of ownership.","body":"Sec. 15.\n\nThe court commissioners, at the time fixed by the court or at the time fixed by adjournment, shall view the premises described in the petition and shall hear the proofs and allegations of the parties.
