Laws § 24.239a","heading":"Notice of public hearing; approval by office; copies.","body":"Sec. 39a.\n\n(1) An agency may publish the notice of hearing under section 42 only if the office has received draft proposed rules and has given the agency approval to proceed with a public hearing.\n\n(2) After a grant of approval to hold a public hearing by the office under subsection (1), the office shall immediately provide a copy of the proposed rules to the committee.
