Laws § 24.326","heading":"Annual report; payment of costs and fees.","body":"Sec. 126.\n\nThe director of the department of management and budget shall report annually to the legislature regarding the amount of costs and fees paid by the state under this chapter during the preceding fiscal year. The report shall describe the number, nature, and amount of the awards; the claims involved; and any other relevant information which would aid the legislature in evaluating the scope and impact of the awards.
