Laws § 247.182","heading":"Obstructions; road fence if dangerous, penalty.","body":"Sec. 12.\n\nIt shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect a fence along any road, of any material which, by reason of its construction or otherwise, is dangerous in itself or by reason of causing an obstruction to the highway.
