Laws § 252.211","heading":"Interests in land to be acquired; methods.","body":"Sec. 11.\n\nThe interests in land authorized to be acquired under this act may be the fee simple or any lesser estate, as determined by the state highway department to be reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes of this act.
