Laws § 256.647","heading":"Professional development requirements; establishment; publication; provisions.","body":"Sec. 27.\n\nBeginning January 1, 2008, the secretary of state shall establish professional development requirements for a certified driver education instructor. The secretary of state shall publish the requirements in a format and manner prescribed by the secretary of state.
