Laws § 256.661","heading":"Classroom instruction; number of students; limitation.","body":"Sec. 41.\n\n(1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a segment 1 or segment 2 classroom shall not contain more than 36 students when classroom instruction is given.\n\n(2) A segment 2 class size may exceed 36 students with the prior approval of the secretary of state.
