Laws § 256.699","heading":"Certificate required; violation as misdemeanor; penalty; administrative fine.","body":"Sec. 79.\n\nA person shall not engage in or offer to engage in activity as a driver education provider or a driver education instructor unless the person holds a valid certificate under this act. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $2,000.00, or both.
