Laws § 257.1336","heading":"Liability for damage or injury.","body":"Sec. 36.\n\nA facility that violates this act is liable as provided in this act, to a person that suffers damage or injury as a result of that violation, in an amount equal to the damages plus reasonable attorney fees and costs.
