Laws § 257.1a","heading":"\"Accessory\" and \"adequate in-person services\" defined.","body":"Sec. 1a.\n\nAs used in this act:\n\n(a) \"Accessory\" means any accessory, equipment, additional part or replacement part for a vehicle for which a certificate of title is required to be issued under this act.\n\n(b) \"Adequate in-person services\" means providing in-person service options, without the requirement of an advance appointment, on each day and at each location a secretary of state branch office is open for services in this state.
