Laws § 257.312g","heading":"Transportation of hazardous material; hazardous material endorsement on operator's or chauffeur's license required; violation; penalty.","body":"Sec. 312g.\n\nA person shall not transport or require, permit, or knowingly allow to be transported a hazardous material for which a placard is required under 49 CFR parts 100 to 199 in a commercial motor vehicle if the operator of the vehicle does not have a hazardous material endorsement on his or her operator's or chauffeur's license.
