Laws § 257.529","heading":"Transfer of registration.","body":"Sec. 529.\n\nThis chapter shall not prevent the owner of a motor vehicle, the registration of which has been suspended hereunder, from effecting a bona fide transfer of such motor vehicle to another person whose rights or privileges are not suspended under this chapter nor prevent the registration of such motor vehicle by such transferee.
