Laws § 259.492","heading":"Violation of act; penalty.","body":"Sec. 12.\n\nWhoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.
