Laws § 259.805","heading":"Additional counties joining authority.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nAny additional county contiguous to the original counties forming the authority may subsequently become a member of the authority upon resolution adopted by the governing body of the county and acceptance thereof by resolution adopted by majority vote of the board.
