Laws § 259.807","heading":"Airport authority as body corporate; other airports; powers.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nThe authority shall be a public body corporate with powers to sue or be sued in any court of this state and have the power and duty of planning, promoting, extending, owning, maintaining, acquiring, purchasing, constructing, improving, enlarging and operating all publicly-owned airports and airport facilities hereinafter established to be operated within the territorial jurisdiction of the authority.
