Laws § 259.84a","heading":"Registration of aircraft; cancellation, revocation, or suspension; grounds; notice and hearing.","body":"Sec. 84a.\n\nAfter notice and opportunity for the person to be heard, the commission may cancel, revoke, or suspend the registration of an aircraft if any of the following occur:\n\nThe commission is satisfied that the registration was fraudulently or erroneously issued.\n\nThe commission determines that the licensee has made or is making unlawful use of his or her registration certificate.\n\nAn aircraft has been dismantled or wrecked.\n\nA registration certificate other than the 1 issued for that aircraft is knowingly carried within the aircraft.\n\nThe commission is authorized under any other provision of this act.\n\nIt is shown by satisfactory evidence that delivery of an aircraft in the possession of a dealer was not made to the applicant registered under this act.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 259","Act Act-327-of-1945"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-259-84a","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"5ee340f6599da15f985000f913a78fe3449bca24efa2c9ee3ce4d113b52c016c","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-259.83b","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-259.85"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
