Laws § 28.122","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nAs used in this act:\n\n(a) \"Department\" means the department of state police.\n\n(b) \"Methamphetamine-related offense\" means 1 or more of the following offenses under Michigan law:\n\n( i ) A violation or attempted violation of article 7 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7101 to 333.7545, involving methamphetamine.\n\n( ii ) A violation or attempted violation of section 17766c or 17766f of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17766c and 333.17766f.\n\n( iii ) Conspiracy to commit an offense described in subparagraph ( i ) or ( ii ).\n\n(c) \"NADDI\" means the national association of drug diversion investigators.\n\n(d) \"NPLEx\" means the national precursor log exchange.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 28","Act Act-276-of-2014"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-28-122","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"cdae44029e5c81f2935f9c21d33f77ba920b9251f134353d6a81f30123569c0b","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-28.121","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-28.123"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
