Laws § 28.246","heading":"Neglect or refusal of officers or officials to perform duties as misdemeanor; penalty.","body":"Sec. 6.\n\nNeglect or refusal of any of the officers or officials mentioned in sections 2, 3, and 7 to report as required under this act or to perform any other act required to be performed by him or her under this act shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both.
