Laws § 280.22","heading":"Drain commissioner; establishment of office.","body":"Sec. 22.\n\nAll commissioners holding such office when this act takes effect shall continue to be such commissioners until their respective successors are elected and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing section.
