Laws § 285.66","heading":"Temporary permit.","body":"Sec. 6.\n\n(1) If a grain dealer has applied for a license but needs additional time to comply with the requirements of this act for issuance of a license, the department may issue 1 temporary permit to the applicant. A permit issued under this section expires on the expiration date set by the department, which may not be more than 60 days after the permit is issued, when a license is issued, or when the application for license is denied, whichever occurs first.
