Laws § 286.915","heading":"Registration as certifying agent; fee; demonstration of compliance; expiration; renewal.","body":"Sec. 15.\n\nA person who desires to act as a certifying agent shall register with the department on a form provided by the department and pay a nonrefundable registration fee annually established by the department.\n\nUpon payment of the appropriate annual registration fee and demonstration of the applicant of compliance with section 17, the department shall issue a registration to the applicant for a term of 1 year.\n\nRegistration expires December 1 of each year and may be renewed by submission of a renewal application and payment of the appropriate annual registration fee.
