Laws § 287.284","heading":"Board of county auditors; duties.","body":"Sec. 24.\n\nIn a county having a board of county auditors, that board shall receive, audit, and determine all claims for damages under this act, and when a claim is found to be legal and just, the board of county auditors shall order its payment out of the general fund of the county.
