Laws § 287.657","heading":"Establishment of business without license prohibited; exemptions; transportation of officially quarantined dead animals on public highway; permit; rules.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nExcept as provided in section 9, a person shall not establish any of the following as a business without obtaining a license under this act:\n\nAn animal food manufacturing plant.\n\nA dead animal dealer.\n\nA transfer station.\n\nA rendering plant.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of this act, a person shall not transport a dead animal on a public highway if the animal has been officially quarantined by the director.
