Laws § 287.663","heading":"License denial; notice; hearing; request for second inspection.","body":"Sec. 13.\n\nThe department shall notify an applicant of the reasons for a license denial. The notice shall specify the deficiencies that must be corrected in order for a license to be issued. The applicant shall be afforded an opportunity for a hearing on the denial.\n\nWithout filing a second application under this section, an applicant may request a second inspection after the specified deficiencies have been corrected.
