Laws § 288.591","heading":"Repeal of acts; rescission of rules.","body":"Sec. 31.\n\nThe following acts and parts of acts are repealed effective 30 days after enactment of this act:\n\n1899 PA 167, MCL 289.61.\n\n1903 PA 243, MCL 288.221 to 288.223.\n\n1911 PA 257, MCL 288.371 to 288.372.\n\n1913 PA 63, MCL 288.252 to 288.257.\n\nThe manufacturing milk act, 1913 PA 222, MCL 288.101 to 288.117.\n\n1915 PA 93, MCL 288.161 to 288.162.\n\n1923 PA 30, MCL 288.281 to 288.284.\n\nThe milk fat test law, 1935 PA 212, MCL 288.51 to 288.60.\n\n1939 PA 155, MCL 288.201 to 288.206.\n\n1945 PA 293, MCL 288.151 to 288.153.\n\n1955 PA 211, MCL 288.211 to 288.217.\n\n1967 PA 45, MCL 288.141 to 288.149.\n\nThe frozen desserts act of 1968, 1968 PA 298, MCL 288.321 to 288.334.\n\nExcept as rescinded, rules promulgated under public acts repealed by this act retain authorization under this act.
