Laws § 288.675","heading":"Purchasing milk for resale or manufacture into another product; payment to producer; manner and dates; violation; issuance of check.","body":"Sec. 115.\n\n(1) A person purchasing milk for resale or manufacture into another product shall pay the producer in a manner and on dates as mutually agreed to by the producers, the dairy plant, and the department.
