Laws § 288.676","heading":"Condition to issuance and maintenance of license; security required; exemption.","body":"Sec. 116.\n\nThe department shall revoke or deny a license for a dairy plant that produces manufactured dairy products if the licensee or applicant fails to provide 1 of the security devices required as a condition to issuance and maintenance of a license. As a condition to issuance and maintenance of a license, a dairy plant that produces manufactured dairy products shall provide 1 or more of the security devices described in section 117, 118, or 119.
