Laws § 289.3117","heading":"Hearing; enforcement procedure; availability.","body":"Sec. 3117.\n\nA local health department may apply procedures for enforcement of this act that provide notice and opportunity for a hearing equivalent in effectiveness to and which protect the rights of the applicant or licensee comparable to the provisions of chapters 4 and 5 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.271 to 24.292.
