Laws § 289.6103","heading":"Plan review exemption.","body":"Sec. 6103.\n\nThe following food establishments are exempt from the requirement for plan review and approval specified in section 8-201.11 of the food code:\n\nA temporary food establishment.\n\nA retail grocery.\n\nThe plan review exemption for a retail grocery in subsection (1) does not apply to the operation of a food service establishment within a retail grocery.
