Laws § 29.10","heading":"Service of orders.","body":"Sec. 10.\n\nService of an order of the state fire marshal under section 9, or of any other order made by the state fire marshal under this act, may be made in 1 or more of the following ways:\n\n(a) By personally delivering a copy of the order to the person or persons to whom it is directed within this state.\n\n(b) By delivering a copy of the order by registered mail, addressed to the last known post-office address of the addressee, and deliverable to the addressee only, with return receipt requested.
