Laws § 29.364","heading":"Firefighters training council; terms; vacancy; reappointment.","body":"Sec. 4.\n\nBeginning with the members first appointed after the effective date of the amendatory act that added section 9b, a member of the council must be appointed for a term of 4 years. A vacancy created by the expiration of a term or in any other manner must be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
