Laws § 29.5h","heading":"Bureau of fire services; duties generally.","body":"Sec. 5h.\n\nAfter notification is made pursuant to section 5g, the bureau shall do the following:\n\n(a) Determine, with the organized fire department of the area in which the incident occurred, the emergency measures to be taken.\n\n(b) Notify responsible federal, state, and local authorities and agencies and, if the bureau is notified by a person other than the owner of the firm or vehicle involved, notify the owner of the firm or vehicle involved.\n\n(c) Cause an investigation to be made to determine the cause of the incident and to determine what related factors contributed to the cause of the incident and to any loss of life or property.\n\n(d) Cause a report to be filed containing its findings related to the incident.
