Laws § 290.615","heading":"State director of weights and measures; enforcement, seizure without formal warrant.","body":"Sec. 15.\n\nThe director is vested with special powers with respect to the enforcement of this act and any other acts dealing with weights and measures that he is or may be empowered to enforce. He may seize for use as evidence without formal warrant incorrect or unsealed weights and measures or amounts or packages of commodities found to be used, retained, offered or exposed for sale, or sold in violation of law.
