Laws § 324.11136","heading":"Certifying acceptance of waste for transportation; delivery of hazardous waste and manifest; period for keeping copy of manifest; review and inspection of manifest; extension of retention period.","body":"Sec. 11136.\n\nThe hazardous waste transporter shall certify acceptance of waste for transportation and shall deliver the hazardous waste and accompanying manifest only to the destination specified by the generator on the manifest.\n\nThe hazardous waste transporter shall keep a copy of the manifest for a period of 3 years and shall make it readily available for review and inspection by the department, the director of public health, an authorized representative of the director of public health, a peace officer, or a representative of the United States environmental protection agency.
