Laws § 324.11147","heading":"Violation as misdemeanor; penalty; appearance ticket.","body":"Sec. 11147.\n\nA person who violates section 11132a(1)(b) or (n) or who violates rules promulgated under section 11132a(1)(b) or (n) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both, for each violation.
