Laws § 324.11507a","heading":"Solid waste management program; certification; grounds for rescission of certification.","body":"Sec. 11507a.\n\nUnder rules promulgated by the department, the department may certify a city, county, or district health department to perform a solid waste management program or designated activities as prescribed in part 115.
