Laws § 324.11525f","heading":"Establishment and approval of other bonds.","body":"Sec. 11525f.\n\nIf the owner or operator of a materials management facility is required to establish a bond under another state statute or a federal statute, the owner or operator may request the department to approve that bond as meeting the requirements of part 115.
