Laws § 324.11905","heading":"Contracts; provisions; remedies in case of default.","body":"Sec. 11905.\n\nA contract by a municipality with a person or municipality may provide for any and all matters relating to the acquisition, construction, financing, and operation of the waste management project as are considered necessary.
