Laws § 324.1303","heading":"Permit application; format; documents.","body":"Sec. 1303.\n\n(1) An application for a permit shall be submitted to the department in a format to be developed by the department, except as provided in section 30307 with respect to a state wetland permit.\n\n(2) The department shall, upon request and without charge, provide a person a copy of all of the following:\n\n(a) A list that specifies in detail the information required to complete the permit application.\n\n(b) A blank permit application form.\n\n(c) In concise form, any instructions necessary to complete the application.\n\n(d) A complete, yet concise, explanation of the permit review process.\n\n(3) The department shall post the documents described in subsection (2) on its website.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 324","Act Act-451-of-1994"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-324-1303","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"afcf3f2d320ba8944a272cdadb60b727ccb4338b8387862ab5813a7bd2375042","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.1301","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.1305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
