Laws § 324.14503","heading":"Pollution prevention information clearinghouse; establishment; duties; contracts.","body":"Sec. 14503.\n\n(1) The department shall establish a pollution prevention information clearinghouse which shall do all of the following:\n\nUpon request, provide specific pollution prevention information to any person.\n\nPublish information describing pollution prevention technologies.\n\nDistribute available publications pertaining to pollution prevention.\n\nSponsor pollution prevention workshops targeted at specific industries.\n\nParticipate in conferences and meetings of business organizations.\n\nProvide information and application forms as necessary to fulfill the department's responsibilities under sections 14505 and 14506.\n\nThe department may contract to have any of the activities provided in subsection (1) performed by persons other than department personnel.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 324","Act Act-451-of-1994"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-324-14503","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"817aba5779dd88b80ebd8ad2e406ef3df63d6af677fb127886e9586a2ffc6b6d","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.14502","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.14504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
