Laws § 324.17502","heading":"Recycling establishment; registration; requirements.","body":"Sec. 17502.\n\nA recycling establishment shall annually register with the department on a form provided by the department and containing the recycling establishment's name, location, postal mailing address, electronic mail address, and telephone number and the name of the recycling establishment's contact person. The recycling establishment shall register each year by July 1.
