Laws § 324.19121","heading":"Reports.","body":"Sec. 19121.\n\nNot later than March 31 of each year, the department shall report the following information regarding the projects financed under this part for that fiscal year to the governor, the standing committees of the senate and the house of representatives that primarily consider issues pertaining to the protection of natural resources and the environment, and the subcommittees of the house of representatives and the senate on appropriations for the department:\n\nThe name, address, and telephone number of the recipient or participant.\n\nThe nature of the project.\n\nThe amount of money received.\n\nThe county in which the project is located.\n\nNot later than September 30 of each year, the department shall submit to the governor and the legislature a report on the projects financed under this act during the previous fiscal year.
