Laws § 324.19506","heading":"Environmental protection bond fund; creation; composition; restricted subaccounts.","body":"Sec. 19506.\n\nThe environmental protection bond fund is created in the state treasury.\n\nThe fund shall consist of all of the following:\n\nThe proceeds of sales of general obligation bonds issued pursuant to former Act No. 326 of the Public Acts of 1988 or part 193 and any premium and accrued interest received on the delivery of the bonds.\n\nAny interest or earnings generated by the proceeds described in subdivision (a).\n\nAny repayment of principal and interest made under a loan program authorized in this part.\n\nAny federal funds received.\n\nThe department of treasury may establish restricted subaccounts within the fund as necessary to administer the fund.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 324","Act Act-451-of-1994"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-324-19506","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"fb80dd967b3ac94c3624157a57113490a15868ad497ecd4b1aed7d8d756380fc","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.19505","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.19507"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
