Laws § 324.20102a","heading":"Applicability of provisions in effect on May 1, 1995 to certain actions; incorporation by reference; approval of changes in response activity plan.","body":"Sec. 20102a.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of this part, the following actions shall be governed by the provisions of this part that were in effect on May 1, 1995:\n\nAny judicial action or claim in bankruptcy that was initiated by any person on or before May 1, 1995 under this part.\n\nAn administrative order that was issued on or before May 1, 1995 pursuant to section 20119.\n\nAn enforceable agreement with the state entered into on or before May 1, 1995 by any person under this part.\n\nFor purposes of this section, the provisions of this part that were in effect on May 1, 1995 are hereby incorporated by reference.\n\nNotwithstanding subsection (1), upon request of a person implementing response activity, the department shall approve changes in a plan for response activity to be consistent with sections 20118 and 20120a.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 324","Act Act-451-of-1994"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-324-20102a","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"4bb58f6fd5f9b872aa1121ca85458f132b7d0ed3ec268441da1fb896684bf602","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.20102","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.20103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
