Laws § 324.2133","heading":"List of surplus lands.","body":"Sec. 2133.\n\n(1) Upon request, the department shall furnish a list of surplus lands being offered for sale at public auction. The surplus land sale list shall include all of the following:\n\n(a) The date, time, and place of sale.\n\n(b) Descriptions of surplus lands being offered.\n\n(c) The conditions of sale.\n\n(2) Upon request, the department shall furnish a list of surplus lands being offered in a negotiated sale.
