Laws § 324.2147","heading":"Lease or conveyance of land; conditions for issuance.","body":"Sec. 2147.\n\nThe department shall require as a condition for the issuance of any lease or conveyance authorized by this subpart the payment by the lessee of the full amount of compensation made or to be made by the department of the lands it has condemned.
