Laws § 324.21519","heading":"Order of payment; insufficient money available; liability of authority and state.","body":"Sec. 21519.\n\n(1) The authority shall make payments on claims in the order in which they are received. However, if there is insufficient money available to make payments on all approved claims, the authority shall give notice to each owner that is eligible to submit a claim under this part advising the owners of the financial situation and the authority shall prioritize payments based upon the risks at the site to the public health, safety, or welfare or the environment.
