Laws § 324.32704a","heading":"Diversion; proposal; comment period; notification; waiver.","body":"Sec. 32704a.\n\nThe governor shall establish a public comment period with regard to a proposal subject to 42 USC 1962d-20 to divert waters of the Great Lakes basin outside of the Great Lakes basin and shall notify the standing committees of the legislature with jurisdiction over issues primarily pertaining to natural resources and the environment of his or her receipt of the proposal.
