Laws § 324.33703","heading":"Contract; provisions.","body":"Sec. 33703.\n\nA contract entered into under section 33701 may provide for the granting, without cost to the United States, of all lands, easements, and rights-of-way necessary for the construction of the project, except as otherwise provided by act of congress or federal regulation.
